Provider: myCPC.Online is a trading name of PSV Compliance and Training.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the booking of any online Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) course ("Course") with PSV Compliance and Training, trading as myCPC.Online ("We", "Us", "Our"). By making a booking, the individual or organisation making the booking ("You") agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the person attending the course ("the Delegate").

1. Booking and Delegate Responsibility

Accuracy of Information: It is the sole responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all information provided is accurate and correct at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, the Delegate's full name (as it appears on their driving licence), driving licence number, and contact details. myCPC.Online is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information being supplied, such as delays or errors in uploading training hours to the DVSA.

Course Suitability: You are responsible for ensuring that the Course you have booked is suitable for the Delegate's needs and that they meet all prerequisites for attendance.

2. Payment

Standard Bookings: Full payment for the Course must be received and cleared in our account before the scheduled start date and time of the Course. Failure to make payment in advance will result in the Delegate being denied access to the Course.

Late Bookings (within 24 hours): In exceptional circumstances, for bookings made within 24 hours of the Course start time, we may permit the Delegate to attend the Course. However, this is at our sole discretion. In such cases, attendance is conditional upon full payment for the Course being made no later than the scheduled end time of that Course day. Failure to complete payment by the end of the Course will result in the training hours being withheld from the DVSA database.

3. Cancellations, Non-Attendance, and Removal

Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for any Delegate who fails to attend a booked Course without providing any prior notification ("no-show").

Removal from Course: We reserve the right to remove any Delegate from a Course if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or they fail to participate as required by the course standards (e.g., camera must be on, active engagement). No refund will be given to any Delegate who is removed from a Course for these reasons.

Cancellations by You: Should you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Our refund policy will depend on the notice given, but no refunds are guaranteed as per the conditions above.

4. Course Alterations and Cancellations by myCPC.Online

Course Changes: While we will make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to alter Course dates, times, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform all confirmed Delegates of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation Due to Low Numbers: We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled Course if there are fewer than five (5) paid Delegates booked to attend.

Options on Cancellation: In the event that we cancel a Course, you will be offered the choice of either:

A full refund of the course fee paid; or

A free transfer to the next available and suitable Course.
